摘要
研究了NiO/AC催化剂上异丁烷与二氧化碳耦合脱氢制备异丁烯的反应。通过考察镍负载量、反应温度、空速、原料气体中体积流速比V(CO2)/V(i-C4H10)对催化剂性能的影响,得到最佳工艺条件:镍负载量1.0 mmol/g-AC、反应温度650℃、空速5280 h^-1、体积流速比V(CO2)/V(i-C4H10)为15,在此工艺条件下,异丁烷转化率、异丁烯选择性和产率分别为72.7%、96.9%和70.4%。
The coupling dehydrogenation of isobutane and carbon dioxide to isobutene is studied in this work.The optimized reaction conditions are obtained by researching the effects of loading ratio of nickel,reaction temperature,space velocity and ratio of V(CO2)/V(i-C4H10)on the catalytic performance.Under the optimized reaction conditions:1.0 mmol/g-AC,650℃,5280 h^-1,V(CO2)/V(i-C4H10)=15,the isobutane conversion,isobutene selectivity and yield is 72.7%,96.9%and 70.4%,respectively.
