铁矿石运输与车辆调派决策问题研究

摘要 从月度运输费用最小化和每天运行时间最小化的角度出发,通过研究某钢厂自产精矿内部物流各环节问题及现状,建立月度物料调运线性规划模型,用以指导管理者合理决策月度物料调运总量,使运输总费用最小;建立每天车辆调派线性规划模型,指导管理者合理调派车辆,使每天运行成本最小。 From the perspective of minimizing monthly transportation costs and minimizing daily run-time,and through studying the existing problems and current status of the internal logistics operations of self-produced ore of a certain steel mill,we established a linear planning model for monthly material transfer and transportation to guide the management to make reasonable decision-making on monthly material transfer and transportation volume,so as to minimize the total transportation costs;and then established a linear planning model for daily vehicle dispatching to guide the management to reasonably adjust vehicle dispatching,so as to minimize the daily running costs.
