基于PCA的民用物流企业参与被装直达配送适用性评价

PCA-based Evaluation of Participation Applicability of Civil Logistics Enterprises in Accoutrement Direct Delivery

为促进军民融合物流科学的发展,优化被装精确申领业务流程,实现被装精确申领直达配送目标要求,通过调查国内典型民用物流企业实力与服务质量,对其参与被装直达配送的适用性进行评价。确定军民融合物流服务质量评价指标体系,基于主成分分析法建模,定性与定量相结合评价国内6家典型民用物流企业S、Y、D、SH、T、ZH[1],为下步被装精确申领在全军全面铺开时如何选择物流企业提供参考建议。

To facilitate the scientific development of the military-civil integrated logistics industry,optimize the accurate requisition and collection process for military accoutrements,and meet the objective and requirement of direct delivery of the accoutrements,we investigated into the strength and service quality of typical civil logistics enterprises in China,and evaluated the applicability of their participation in the direct delivery of the accoutrements.Next we determined the evaluation index system of the quality of the military-civil integrated logistics services,and,using PCA,evaluated 6 typical domestic civil logistics enterprises both qualitatively and quantitatively,providing reference for the selection of civil logistics enterprises when the accurate accoutrement requisition and collection practice is fully unfolded in the PLA.
