摘要
采用HZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂,研究了三聚甲醛合成过程中甲醛溶液浓度、反应温度和催化剂用量对甲醛转化率,三聚甲醛选择性,时空产率和副产物的时空产率影响,考察了不同硅铝比对三聚甲醛合成的影响。
1,3,5-Trioxane(TOX)were synthesized by molecular sieves(HZSM-5).The effects of formaldehyde concentration,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage on formaldehyde conversion,trioxane selectivity and space time yield were investigated,and the time space yield of by-products were explored.Moreover,the effects on different silicon-aluminum ratios have been studied in the synthesis of trioxane process.
