真实世界中注射用丹参多酚酸临床用药安全的单中心评价

Single-center clinical safety evaluation of Salvianolic Acid for Injection in real world

目的了解注射用丹参多酚酸临床应用及不良反应发生情况,为临床应用提供该药品安全性评价依据。方法选取吉林大学第一医院二部2019年1—10月使用注射用丹参多酚酸的住院患者350例,利用医院信息管理系统(HIS)采集数据,从适应症、疗程、给药剂量、溶媒种类、溶媒体积、给药频次、滴速、是否冲管、合并用药等方面进行统计分析。结果350例用药患者均标注滴注速度,均无药物不良反应发生。适应症不适宜比例为23.43%,选用溶媒不适宜占2.57%,疗程不足占91.71%,超疗程用药占2.29%,换液未冲管占71.43%,合并用药占25.43%,重复用药占2.57%。结论注射用丹参多酚酸具有较好的安全性,临床使用中存在换液未冲管、疗程不足、合并用药等现象,应加强用药安全管理。

Objective To investigate the clinical application and adverse reactions of Salvianolic Acid for Injection,and to provide the safety evaluation of the drug for clinical application.Methods In patients using Salvianolic Acid for Injection were selected by hospital information management system(HIS)from January to October 2019 in the First Hospital of Jilin University—the Eastern Division.The indications,course of treatment,dosage,type and volume of solvent,frequency of administration,drop rate,and combination of drugs were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 350 patients were labeled with infusion speed,and no adverse drug reactions occurred.The proportion of unsuitable indications was 23.43%,the proportion of unsuitable solvent was 2.57%,the proportion of inadequate course of treatment was 91.71%,the proportion of over-course of treatment was 2.29%,the proportion of unflushed tube was 71.43%,the proportion of combined treatment was 25.43%,and the proportion of repeated treatment was 2.57%.Conclusion Salvianolic Acid for Injection has good safety,and there are some problems in clinical application,such as unflushed tube and short course of treatment which should be strengthened.
