摘要
以1,3-二硝基苯为原料通过四步合成了3,5-二氨基联苯,将制得的二胺单体分别与环丁烷四甲酸二酐和均苯四甲酸二酐聚合得到二种新型聚酰亚胺。通过核磁氢谱和红外光谱分别对单体和聚合物的结构进行了表征,测试了聚合物的溶解性、热稳定性以及用作液晶取向膜的性能。制得的聚酰亚胺薄膜具有良好的热稳定性和平行取向性能。
3,5-diaminobiphenyl were synthesized from 1,3-dinitrobenzene in four steps.Two new polyimides were synthesized by polymerization of 3,5-diaminobiphenyl with 1,2,3,4-cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride and pyromellitic dianhydride,respectively.The structure of the monomer and the polyimides were characterized by hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectra(1 H NMR)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The solubility,thermal stability and properties of the polyimides as liquid crystal alignment layer were investigated.The prepared polyimide film shows good thermal stability and parallel alignment.
