摘要
应用反复注塑、反复破碎的方法,研究聚碳酸酯的加工稳定性。结果表明,聚碳酸酯经过六次反复加工,其力学性能、分子量、熔体质量流动速率、初始分解温度前三次变化不大,三次以后其拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度明显降低,重均分子量和质量流动速率变化较大,初始分解温度降低,试验末次与首次新料相比,重均分子量降低2000左右,初始分解温度降低20℃左右,光学性能经过反复加工每次逐渐变差。
The method of repeated injection molding and repeated crushing was used to study the processing stability of polycarbonate.The results show that the polycarbonate is processed six times,the mechanical properties,molecular weight,mass flow rate and initial decomposition temperature could not change much during the first three repeated processing.After that,its tensile strength and notch impact strength could decrease significantly.The weight average molecular weight and mass flow rate could change greatly.The initial decomposition temperature decreases.Comparing with the first new material,the heavy average molecular weight could decrease about 2000,the initial decomposition temperature could decrease 20℃and the optical performance gradually deteriorates after repeated processing.
