聚苯乙烯超细纤维空气过滤膜的结构与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用静电纺丝方法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)超细纤维,研究了纺丝液质量分数、纺丝电压和接收距离3个参数对纤维形貌及直径的影响,及在不同工艺条件下制备的纤维膜过滤性能的影响。结果表明:工艺参数对静电纺PS纤维表面形态和纤维直径均有较大地影响,纺丝液质量分数对纤维的形态影响最为明显,并且进一步影响纤维膜的过滤性能;纤维的细度和表面形态共同影响纤维膜的过滤性能,纤维越细,其过滤性能越好,且PS纤维表面的多孔、不规则小棱脊及褶皱形态能够提升纤维膜的过滤性能。 In this paper,polystyrene(PS)ultrafine fibers were prepared by electrospinning method.The effects of spinning solution concentration,spinning voltage and working distance on the morphology and diameter of PS ultrafine fibers as well as the filtration performance of PS ultrafine fibers prepared under different processing conditions were studied.The results show that the process parameters have great influence on the surface morphology and fiber diameter of electrospun PS fibers.The concentration of spinning solution has the most obvious effect on the fiber morphology,and further affects the filtration performance of the fiber membrane.The diameter and surface morphology of the fibers affect the filtration performance of the fiber membrane together.The finer the fibers,the better the filtration performance.And the porosity,irregular ridge and wrinkled morphology of PS fiber surface can improve the filtration performance of PS fiber membrane.
