阻燃高耐晒织物的制备及性能研究

摘要 以阻燃涤纶网络丝作经纱,色母粒涤纶长丝和阻燃涤纶网络丝作纬纱,制备了4种结构不同和6种结构相同但纬纱配比不同的织物,通过织物垂直燃烧仪来测试织物阻燃性能,并利用电脑测色配色仪来测试织物耐晒性能。结果表明:织物结构越紧密,织物阻燃和耐晒性能越好;相同组织结构,织物纬纱中色母粒涤纶长丝与阻燃涤纶网络丝为2∶1时,耐晒性能最好;在日晒环境和织物紧密程度相同时,织物表面色母粒涤纶长丝占比面积越大,织物耐晒性能越好。 The flame-retardant polyester network yarn was used as the warp yarn,and the masterbatch polyester filament and the flame-retardant polyester network yarn were used as the weft yarn to prepare 4 fabrics with different structures and 6 fabrics with the same structure but different weft ratios.The flame retardant property of fabrics was tested by the fabric vertical burner,and the computer color tester was applied to test sunproof performance of fabrics.The results show that the tighter the fabric structure,the better the flame retardant and sun-resistant properties of the fabric.For the same structure,when the ratio of masterbatch polyester filament in the weft yarn and flame retardant polyester network yarn is 2∶1,the fabrics have the best sunproof property.When the sun exposure environment and the tightness of the fabric are the same,the larger the proportion of masterbatch polyester filament on the surface of the fabric,the better the sunproof proeprty of the fabric.
