摘要
文章旨在总结历史经验,探讨新时期我国科技情报事业的发展战略。首先梳理了改革开放以来我国科技情报事业各个阶段的发展战略及其变化情况,然后思考了本行业发展面临的新形势和行业的现实条件,提出了新的发展战略构想和实施思路。
This paper aims to summarize historical experience and discuss the development strategy of our country’s scientific and technical information in the new era.First,the paper sorts out the development strategies and changes in various stages of scientific and technical information since the reform and opening up,then it considers the new situation of development and the practical conditions of scientific-technical information research,and puts forward the new development strategy and implementation ideas.
