社会交换理论及其在信息系统领域的应用与展望

Social Exchange Theory and Its Application and Prospect in the Field of Information System Research

[目的/意义]为使学界全面了解社会交换理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展,并为后续相关研究与应用提供指导。[方法/过程]通过对相关文献进行检索与梳理,系统性整理了当前研究的成果、局限及对未来值得关注的方向进行了展望。[结果/结论]梳理发现信息系统领域中关于社会交换理论的研究主要集中在知识共享与贡献的影响因素、信息披露与搜寻行为的影响因素、信息系统设计与使用3个方面;同时,除了应用社会交换理论存在模糊性之外,现有研究主要存在"较少关注交换关系的动态性""较少关注交换关系强弱对结果的影响""较少关注外部性因素的解释""较少关注行动者的细分"等问题;用户交换行为的跨文化研究、交换过程的研究、中国情境下的社会交换研究等是未来值得关注的研究方向。

[Purpose/significance] In order to make the academic community fully understand the application and development of social exchange theory in the field of information system,and provide guidance for the follow-up related research and application.[Method/process] By searching and combing the relevant literature,this paper systematically collates the current research results,limitations,and prospects for the future direction.[Result/conclusion] The research on social exchange theory in the field of information system mainly focuses on three aspects:the antecedents of knowledge sharing and contribution,the antecedents of information disclosure and seeking behavior,the design and usage of information system.At the same time,besides the fuzziness of applying social exchange theory,the existing researches pay less attention to the dynamics of exchange relationship,the impact of the strength of exchange relationship on the results,the interpretation of external factors,the segmentation of actors.Future direction should pay more attention to cross-cultural research on user exchange behavior,research on the exchange process,and the study of social exchange in the Chinese context.
