黄河流域生态文明建设实践

Practices of ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Basin

针对黄河流域生态系统的特点,水利部黄河水利委员会按照中央治水思路,实施了全河水量统一调度,实现了黄河连续21年全年不断流,黄河生命逐步恢复健康。为贯彻落实习近平总书记在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展座谈会的讲话精神,黄委将以“防洪保安全、优质水资源、健康水生态、宜居水环境、先进水文化”为目标,推进黄河治理体系和治理能力现代化,让黄河成为造福人民的幸福河。

According to the feature of the Yellow River Basin ecosystem,Yellow River Conservancy Commission(YRCC)of the Ministry of Water Resources has integrated water allocation and regulation for the entire river basin,realizing a continuous flow for 21 years and health recovery of the Yellow River.In order to put into practice of the guidelines proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping during the Forum on Ecological Restoration and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin,YRCC will advance the modernization of river governance system and management capacity,with the aim of“ensuring flood security,high-quality water resources,healthy water ecology,livable water environment and advanced water culture”,so that the Yellow River can become a happy river for benefitting people.
