永定河流域一体化治理的初步实践

Preliminary outcome of Integrated management of Yongding River Basin

永定河综合治理与生态修复是京津冀协同发展在生态领域率先实现突破的着力点,探索以投资主体一体化带动流域治理一体化的新模式。围绕永定河综合治理与生态修复工作解读了国家层面顶层机制,总结了流域一体化治理实践和初步成效,并提出继续推进有关工作的建议。

Integrated management and ecological restoration of the Yongding River has been regarded as a breakthrough for coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and a new mode of integrating investment for integrated governance of the river basin.Centered on management and ecological restoration of the Yongding River,interpretations are made on top-level design of the management mechanism at the national level,by summarizing practices and preliminary outcomes of integrated governance,and suggestions for further enhancement of the relevant work.
