从“虚劳干血”论治精索静脉曲张性不育症

仲景认为“内有干血”的形成原因是多种劳伤作用机体,使人阴阳正气虚弱,最终形成瘀血干结脉络的结果。精索静脉曲张性不育症的形成正是因虚致瘀、积瘀成瘤的结果,故符合虚劳干血的表现。临床治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症当以活血化瘀与补益脾肾为主,侧重于先活血化瘀,运用虫辛之品,重锤猛击,改善睾丸附睾局部循环,恢复睾丸附睾的供血功能,为下一步补益脾肾气血以生精种子奠定基础。

Zhang Zhongjing believes that the formation of"dry blood being inside the body"is the result of various kinds of labor injury,which weakens the body's yin and yang,and finally causes the blood become dry and hard,and deposit in meridians.The formation of varicocele infertility is the result of blood stasis caused by deficiency and accumulation of blood stasis,which is in accordance with the performance of dry blood caused by consumptive disease.Clinical treatment of varicocele infertility should be based on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and tonifying spleen and kidney,focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and using wormwood to improve the local circulation of testis and epididymis,and restore the blood supply function of testis and epididymis,so as to lay the foundation for tonifying qi and blood of spleen and kidney to produce spermatogenesis seeds.
