Zhao Jinxi's Experience in Treating Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis with Differentiation of Constitution Method

肺间质纤维化可归属于中医学“肺痿”范畴。本病发病与体质因素、失治误治、肺脏久病关系密切。太阳卫阳不足体质、太阳卫阳太过体质、少阴阴虚体质、少阴阳虚体质及太阴脾胃气虚体质之人多见此病。久病肺虚是发病基础,痰瘀痹阻肺络是发病的重要环节。赵进喜教授治疗肺间质纤维化,主张辨体质、守病机、辨方证、选效药。治疗上重视以益气升陷、活血化痰为法,多以加味升陷抗纤汤为基础进行化裁。重视守方服药,并根据患者体质合理加减。

Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis can be attributed to the category of"atrophic lung disease"in Chinese medicine.The onset of this disease is closely related to physical factors,inadequate treatment,and chronic lung disease.This disease is more common in people with constitution of Taiyang Weiyang insufficient,constitution of Taiyang Weiyang excess,constitution of Shaoyin yin deficiency,constitution of Shaoyin yang deficiency,and constitution of Taiyin qi deficiency of spleen and stomach.Chronic illness and deficiency of the lung are the basis of the disease,and phlegm and blood stasis blocking the lung collaterals plays an important part in the disease.Professor Zhao Jinxi treats pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,advocating differentiation of constitution,guarding pathogenesis,differentiation of prescriptions and syndrome,and selection of effective medicine.In the treatment,the method of replenishing qi for lifting,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm is emphasized,and the treatment is mostly based on the modified Shengxian Kangxian Decoction.Professor Zhao Jinxi attaches great importance to the use of the original prescription,and makes reasonable additions and subtractions based on the patient's physical constitution.
