子宫发育不良中医药用药特点及模型特点分析

Analysis of the Medication Characteristics of Chinese Medicine and Model Characteristics of Uterine Dysplasia

目的:探讨中医治疗子宫发育不良的用药规律,分析动物模型特点。方法:收集中国知网和万方数据库相关文献资料,运用Excel 2013、spss statistics 23.0、Clementine 12.0统计资料,建立数据库并分析特点。结果:建立了138首方剂组成的中药数据库和动物模型数据库。治疗子宫发育不良的高频中药(频数≥20)有24味,以补虚药为主。通过对高频中药关联规则分析和聚类分析,得到9个药对和4个聚类方。通过对复方的应用形式整理,发现临床多用汤剂治疗,散见外用。分析模型数据库可知动物模型有4种,选择的动物种类有3种,指标检测可选择行为学指标、生化指标、病理学指标、蛋白分子指标。结论:临床治疗子宫发育不良以补虚药为主,可配伍使用活血化瘀药、理气药等,给予患者汤剂治疗。分析得到的9个药对和聚类方为临床用药提供参考。模型采用卵巢全切除或卵巢部分切除制备肾虚证模型,采用卵巢部分切除合并地塞米松肌肉注射制备肾阳虚证动物模型,但与中西医临床病证仍然存在差距,需要进一步改善。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine dysplasia and analyze the characteristics of animal models.Methods:Collect CNKI and Wanfang database related literature,use Excel 2013,spss statistics23.0,Clementine 12.0 statistical data,establish and analyze the database.Results:The database of Chinese medicine and animal model composed of 138 prescriptions were established.There are 24 kinds of high frequency Chinese medicine(frequency≥20)in the treatment of uterine dysplasia,most of them are tonifying deficiency medicinals.Through the analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicine association rules and cluster analysis,9 drug pairs and 4 clustering formulas were obtained.After sorting out the application forms of compound prescriptions,it was found that decoctions are often used in clinical treatment,and it was scattered for external use.Analyzing the model database showed that there were 4 kinds of animal models,3 selected animal kinds,and behavioral indicators,biochemical indicators,pathological indicators,and protein molecular indicators could be selected for indicator detection.Conclusion:Clinical treatment of uterine dysplasia is mainly based on tonifying deficiency medicinals,which can be used in combination with activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine,qi regulating medicine,etc.,giving patients decoction treatment.The 9 couplet medicines and clustering prescriptions obtained from the analysis provide references for clinical medication.The model adopts total ovariectomy or partial ovariectomy to prepare the kidney deficiency syndrome model,and adopts the partial ovariectomy combined with dexamethasone intramuscular injection to prepare the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome animal model.However,there is still a gap between the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and needs further improvement.
