摘要
为解决某船厂单位吊环焊接存在焊接量大,耗人工时多的问题,设计了一种吊环自动焊接加工单元,该自动焊接单元采用人工上料装夹,变位机自动变换姿态,弧焊机器人自动焊接的方式进行吊环焊接作业,具有工件定位精度高,焊接质量高特点,可有效减少工人数量和大大减轻工人工作量,从而提高生产效率和焊接质量。
In order to solve a shipyard unit rings of large amount of welding welding existence,human consumption more problems,we design a ring automatic welding processing unit,the unit using artificial feeding the clamping,automatic welding displacement machine automatic transformation attitude,way of arc welding robot automatic welding rings welding operations,has high workpiece positioning accuracy,high welding quality characteristics,which can effectively reduce the number of workers and greatly reduce the workload,workers and improve production efficiency and welding quality.
