摘要
随着计算机网络的快速发展,条形码在各行各业得到了广泛应用。在汽车轮毂行业,条形码技术也得到了飞速发屐,通过使用激光位移传感器对旋转轮毂上金属条码的扫描,可以得到轮毂的条码信息,从而进行不同的工艺生产。但是金属条码存在制作的过程中,磨具受到腐蚀和喷涂涂料的影响,刻出的条码会倾斜、宽度和标准条码存在差异,这对译码提出了高要求。本文提出了一种改进的一维条码相似边距离的计算方法,根据金属条码的宽度和高度计算条码数值。通过实践表明,改进后的算法在识别各种不同工艺的金属条码准确度更高3算法实现条件筒单、精度高,具有较高的实际工程应用价值。
With the rapid development of computer technology,barcodes are used in all walks of life,in the automotive wheel industry,bar code technology has also been rapidly developed.By scanning the metal barcode,we can get wheelinformation.This paper presents a new method to decode metal bar codes,which differs traditional algorithm.It have better performance in irregular shapes and width difference of metal barcode.A conclusion could be drawn that the improved algorithm is higher precision,moreover,which realizes simple condition,high accuracy with huge value of practical engineering applications.
