基于STM32和MCGS的智能窗控系统设计

摘要 随着工业技术的不断进步,在智能楼宇方面迫切需要功能强大的智能控制系统。为此,设计了一套基于MODBUS-RTU协议的MCGS触摸屏和STM32的电动窗智能控制系统。系统以MCGS组态触摸屏为主机、STM32单片机为从机,主机通过RS-485总线利用MODBUS-RTU协议与从机进行通信,附加设备风雨感应器、烟雾感应器为控制单元提供环境信息,当发生火灾时能够实时报警,开启电动窗,实现消防排烟,将火灾信息第一时间反馈给现场人员,从而保证人们的生命财产安全。 With the continuous progress of industrial technology,intelligent control system with powerful function is urgently needed in intelligent building.For this reason,an intelligent control system of electric window based on MCGS touch screen and STM32 is designed.The system takes the MCGS configuration touch screen as the host and STM32 single chip microcomputer as the slave.The host communicates with the slave through RS-485 bus using MODBUS-RTU protocol.The additional equipment wind and rain sensors and smoke sensors provide environmental information for the control unit.When there is a fire,it can give an alarm in real time,open the electric window,realize fire control and smoke exhaust,and feedback the fire information to the field personnel at the first time To ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
