目前,高校采用学术不端行为检测系统检测研究生学位论文面临学术不端概念不清、系统检测结果偏差、查处合法性与合理性不足等一系列问题。既有研究将上述问题割裂开来,未能提出体系性解决方案。实际上,研究生学位论文检测是一项涵盖学术不端概念认知、检测结果纠偏、检测结果处理的系统性行为。基于当前社会语境、国家政策和国际惯例,采用文献研究法,梳理国内外学术不端定义,阐释其多元性特征;利用大数据分析,解读检测系统重要指标,建立“检测系统+检测人员+行业专家”的纠偏模式。与此同时,基于检测实践,分析高校处理研究生学术不端行为时面临的困惑,力图为研究生学位论文检测提供一个具有科学性、合理性和可操作性的解决方案,达成严守学术规范、净化学术环境的共同愿景。

At present,the colleges and universities using academic misconduct detection system to detect the dissertations are faced with a series of problems such as the uncertain concept of academic misconduct,the deviation of test results,and lack of the validity of punishment,etc.However,the previous studies have separated the above problems,and no systematic solutions have been proposed.In fact,the detection of graduate thesis is a systematic project that needs to cover the concept cognition of academic misconduct,the correction of the detection results and the processing of the detection results.Based on the current social context,national policies,international practices,the literature survey method is used to clarify the definitions of academic misconduct at home and abroad and explain its multi-dimensional characteristics.In addition,the big data analysis is used to interpret the important indicators of the detection system and establish the deviation correction mode of“detection system+detection personnel+industry experts”.At the same time,on the basis of academic misconduct detection practices,the confusion and countermeasures faced by the universities in dealing with the academic misconduct of graduate students were analyzed,trying to provide a scientific,rational and feasible solution for the detection of students’academic dissertations and to achieve the common vision of strictly abiding by the academic norms and purifying academic environment.
