摘要 随着无人艇的系统复杂性和智能化程度不断提高,以及工作环境复杂等因素,设备故障率不断升高,且故障发生后无法及时进行人工修复。无人艇PHM系统强调基于状态的早期故障预测和跨子系统智能推理,对无人艇的健康状态进行实时评估和管理,为其维修保障提供决策支持。论文研究了无人艇PHM系统体系结构及其关键技术,提出一种无人艇PHM系统顶层设计方案,建立了PHM系统逻辑结构及方法库,并以无人艇电力系统为例进行了实例分析。分析表明:PHM系统能够有效降低故障发生概率,提高任务成功率,对提高无人艇的可靠性和安全性具有实际意义。 With the continuous increase of the system complexity and intelligence of the unmanned surface vehicle,as well as the complexity of the working environment and other factors,the rate of equipment failure is increasing,and the failure cannot be repaired manually in time.Prognostics and health management(PHM)system of an unmanned surface vehicle emphasizes the early fault prediction based on state and intelligent reasoning of cross subsystem.In this paper,the architecture and key technologies of the PHM system for unmanned surface vehicle were studied,a top-level design scheme of the PHM system was proposed,both the PHM logic structure and method library were established,and the power system of the unmanned boat was analyzed.The PHM system can effectively reduce the probability of failure and improve the success rate of mission,which is of practical significance to improve the reliability and safety of unmanned surface vehicles.
