高碳磨球用钢的研究与开发 被引量:2

摘要 莱钢特钢事业部采用50 t电炉短流程生产工艺开发了碳含量0.90%~0.96%的高碳磨球用钢,根据其技术要求设计合理的生产工艺过程,针对关键技术加强过程和关键参数控制。对生产的产品的化学成分、硬度、低倍、晶粒度、非金属夹杂物等技术指标进行统计分析,结果显示钢材的各项性能指标完全满足用户要求,耐磨性良好,组织均匀,纯净度高,性能控制稳定。 50 t EAF short process production technology is used to develop the steel with carbon content of 0.90%~0.96%for grinding ball,and the reasonable production process is designed according to its technical requirements,the key process and parameter are controlled strictly.The chemical composition,hardness,low-power,grain size,nonmetallic inclusions and other technical indexes of the products produced are statistically analyzed.The results show that the performance of the steel completely meets the requirements of users,and the wear resistance is good,the organization is uniform,the purity is high,and the performance control is stable.
