摘要
为了提高高炉喷吹煤粉的燃烧率,分析了氧化铈和氧化镁对高炉喷吹用煤粉燃烧率的影响规律。结果表明,添加助燃剂氧化铈、氧化镁后煤粉的燃烧率明显提高。由于氧化铈属于稀土氧化物,其使用成本会随氧化铈添加量的增加而呈比例提高,应慎重使用;氧化镁的最佳添加量应控制在1.2%左右。
In order to improve the combustion rate of blast furnace powder,The effects of CeO2 and MgO on the coal combustion rate for blast furnace are analyzed.The results show that the coal combustion rate increases obviously after adding CeO2 and MgO.Because CeO2 belongs to rare earth oxide,its use cost will increase proportionally with the increase of CeO2 addition,it should be used carefully;the optimum addition amount of MgO should be controlled at about 1.2%.
