摘要 产学研协同创新已经成为世界各国提升创新能力进而推动经济增长的有效途径。我国产学研协同创新虽然已经取得了推动技术输出增长、各类科技中介机构发展良好以及形成了各具特色的产学研协同创新模式等成绩,但创新主体的目标定位有所差异,缺乏产学研协同创新所需要的高精尖综合型人才,而且中小企业很难参与产学研协同创新,因此,政府应该充分发挥“领头羊”的作用,积极推动教育制度改革,重视创新主体的目标与动机差异,变革传统人才引进方式,同时要提供产学研协同创新发展所需的适宜环境,因地制宜建立产学研协同创新发展模式。 industry university research collaborative innovation has become an effective way to enhance innovation ability and promote economic growth in the world.Although China's collaborative innovation has made achievements in promoting the growth of technology output,the good development of various science and technology intermediary agencies and the formation of distinctive industry university research collaborative innovation mode,the goal orientation of the innovation subject is different,and the high-end comprehensive talents needed by the collaborative innovation of industry,University and research are lacking,and it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the collaborative innovation of industry,University and research Therefore,the government should give full play to the role of the"leader",actively promote the reform of the education system,pay attention to the differences in the objectives and motivations of the innovation subjects,change the traditional talent introduction mode,and provide the appropriate environment for the collaborative innovation and development of industry,University and Research Institute,and establish the mode of collaborative innovation and development of industry,University and research according to local conditions.
