摘要
由于互联网的普及与发展,产业科技信息需求旺盛,大数据科学正在改变当前科研环境,科技服务组织也日渐倚重数字化科学数据的优势。首先阐述了当前科技服务发展情况,提出面向供需匹配的科技服务平台是一种服务模式创新。随后深入梳理、总结该服务模式下的多各主体、运行要素和结构创新,并在此基础上,从数据驱动特性、服务组合特性以及资金流转过程中的收益逆向分配特性3个方面对面向供需匹配的科技服务平台的服务特性进行了分析。
Due to the popularity and development of the Internet,the demand for industrial science and technology information is strong,big data science is changing the current scientific research environment,science and technology service organizations are increasingly relying on the advantages of digital scientific data.This paper first describes the current development of science and technology services and proposes that science and technology service platform oriented to supply and demand matching is a service model innovation.Then,it thoroughly sorts out and summarizes the various subjects,operation elements and structural innovation under the service mode.On this basis,it analyzes the service characteristics of the science and technology service platform oriented to supply and demand matching from the three aspects of data-driven characteristics,service combination characteristics and income reverse distribution characteristics in the process of capital flow.
