澳大利亚研究理事会的国际合作战略与项目及其启示

ARC’s International Cooperation Strategies,Projects and Its Implications

澳大利亚研究理事会(ARC)作为澳大利亚重要的国家基础科学资助机构,具有丰富的国际合作经验。研究ARC国际合作战略和具体项目对我国国际合作管理优化工作具有一定的借鉴意义。对ARC开展的国家竞争性资助计划(NCGP)国际合作的两个重要项目“合作计划”(Linkage Program)和“探索计划”(Discovery Program)进行深入解读。研究发现ARC国际合作在完善的战略体系、给女性研究者更多的机会、为职业生涯不同阶段的研究者提供有针对性的资助项目以及限制申请次数四个方面,为我国国际科技合作的管理优化带来启示。

As an Australian important national funding institution for basic science,the Australian Research Council(ARC)has rich experience in international cooperation.The study of ARC international cooperation strategy and specific projects has a certain referenee significance for China's international cooperation management.This paper makes an in-depth interpretation of the two important projects"Linkage Program"and"Discovery Program",which are two important projects in the international cooperation of(NCGP),a national competitive funding program carried out by ARC.The study found that ARC international cooperation brings enlightenment to the management optimization of China's international scientific and technological cooperation in the following four aspects:improving the strategic system,providing more opportunities for female researchers,providing different funding projects for researchers at different stages,and limiting the number of applications.
