摘要
河北丰宁抽水蓄能电站是当前世界上在建装机容量最大的抽水蓄能电站,引水系统钢岔管采用国产790MPa级HD780CF高强钢制造,本文采用无损压痕法对钢岔管水压试验前后焊接残余应力进行测试,试验成果验证了水压试验可以有效消除岔管焊接残余应力峰值及附加变形,为引水系统充排水试验及钢岔管的长期安全稳定运行提供了技术分析和检验依据,同时也为工程应用及国内外同类型电站钢岔管的设计方案及施工工艺提供指导和借鉴意义。
Fengning hydropower station in Hebei Province is currently the world’s largest pumped storage power station under construction.The steel diversion pipe of diversion system is made of domestic 790MPa grade HD780CF high-strength steel.In this paper,the non-destructive indentation method is used to weld residual stress before and after the hydraulic test of the steel bifurcation pipe.The test results verified that the hydraulic pressure test can effectively eliminate the welding residual stress peak and additional deformation of the bifurcated pipe,which provided technical analysis and inspection basis for the water diversion system filling and drainage test and the long-term safe and stable operation of the steel branch pipe.Application and design guidance and construction process of steel bifurcation pipes of the same type of power stations at home and abroad.
