摘要
针对含锡中间物料的电炉熔炼,设计了将入炉料的干燥、制粒、烟气粗收尘、余热利用四道工序有机结合的新工艺流程,并将新流程与常规流程对比分析,得出新流程在设备投资、建设场地、环保节能等方面均比常规流程更具有优势的结论。
For the electric furnace smelting of tin-containing intermediate materials,a new process is designed that combines the four process steps of drying,granulation,coarse dust collection of flue gas,and waste heat utilization.By comparing and analyzing the new process with the conventional process,it is concluded that the new process has more advantages than the conventional process in terms of equipment investment,construction site,environmental protection and energy saving.
