Investigation and Consideration of Decision Making Consulting Service of "Double First-class" University Library

通过对40家"双一流"高校图书馆决策咨询服务开展情况进行调研发现,其普遍存在栏目设置较为规范,但名称不一;忽视校外决策咨询服务;缺少完整的决策咨询服务体系等问题。基于此,提出"双一流"高校图书馆应规范网站栏目名称、岗位职责、工作步骤,突出决策咨询服务的重要性;重视面向社会开展决策咨询服务,提升服务影响力;构建"双一流"高校图书馆决策咨询服务体系,提供精准服务等完善建议。

By investigating the decision making consulting service of 40 "Double First-class" university libraries,it is found that there are many problems such as standard column setting,different titles,neglect of out of school decision making consulting service,lack of complete service system and so on.It is suggested that " Double First-class" university library should standardize the title,post responsibilities and working steps of the website column,highlight the importance of research and consulting service,pay attention to developing decision making consulting service for the society,improve the service influence,construct the service system of "Double First-class" university library,provide precise service and so on.
