新冠肺炎疫情下基于反思团队的心理援助网络团体督导

Reflecting Team Model Group Supervision for Online Volunteer Counseling during the Novel Coronavirus Epidemic

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发,大量心理咨询志愿者投入到心理援助热线接线工作中。疫情的特殊性对督导工作带来困难:1.心理援助接线人员多,对专业督导人才需求剧增;2.我国有资质的专业督导师稀缺;3.疫情的传染性使督导工作必须在网络上进行。通过网络团体督导可以解决以上困难。本文基于文献研究和多年实践经验积累,总结了反思团队形式工作的网络团体督导流程,以期为热线心理援助实践工作提供具体可操作的参考。

With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,a large number of counseling volunteers devoted themselves into the online counseling aid.The special situation of the epidemic brings difficulties to the supervision,including:1.Due to the increasing number of volunteers,the demand for professional supervisors also increased dramatically;2.Supervisors with professional qualifications are scarce in China;3.Because of the infectivity of the epidemic,supervisionmust be conducted on the Internet.Based on literature research and years of practical experience,this paper summarized the process of mentoring an online group working as a reflective team,so as to provide practical reference for online psychological assistance.
