摘要
目的:采用追踪研究设计考察大学生人际关系能力与孤独感的相互预测关系。方法:采用人际关系能力量表(Interpersonal Relations Ability Questionnaire,ICQ)和孤独感量表对449名大学生开展为期半年的追踪研究。结果:①大学生人际关系能力与孤独感呈显著负相关;②交叉滞后回归分析表明,控制了T1人际关系能力与T1孤独感的相关及变量自身的稳定性之后,T1人际关系能力可显著负向预测T2孤独感;T1孤独感也可显著负向预测T2人际关系能力。结论:较高的人际关系能力可降低后期的孤独感,而较高的孤独感也可抑制后期的人际关系能力。
Objective:To explore the predictive relationship between interpersonal competence and loneliness of college students by longitudinal study.Methods:449 college students were followed up for half a year with the Interpersonal Relations Ability Questionnaire(ICQ)and University of California at Los Angels(UCLA).Results:①There was a significant negative correlation between interpersonal communication competence and loneliness;②Cross-lag regression analysis showed that after controlling the correlation between T1 interpersonal communication competence and T1 loneliness and the stability of variables themselves,T1 interpersonal communication competence significantly and negatively predicted T2 loneliness;T1 loneliness also significantly and negatively predicted T2 loneliness.Interpersonal competence.Conclusion:Higher interpersonal competence can reduce loneliness in later period,and higher loneliness can also inhibit interpersonal competence in later period.
