摘要
为了实现电解原铝中铝与杂质元素镓在高温状态下的去除净化,对电解原铝中镓的来源、赋存形式、分配系数等因素进行系统分析研究,找出原铝中镓含量的控制因素。试验结果表明:硼酸钠和NaCl+KCl系复合熔剂造渣除杂方法对杂质Ga的去除效率可达到40%左右;真空蒸发法可以降低杂质Ga的含量,但需要继续优化工艺参数,进一步提高去除效率。
In order to realize the removal and purification of an impurity element Ga in electrolytic aluminum at high temperature,the source,existing form,distribution coefficient and other factors of Ga in electrolytic aluminum were systematically analyzed and studied to find out the controlling factors of Ga content in primary aluminum.The experimental results show that removal efficiency of impurity Ga can reach about 40%by using sodium borate and NaCl+KCl complex flux;the content of impurity Ga can be reduced by vacuum evaporation method,and it is necessary to continue to optimize the process parameters to further improve the removal efficiency.
