摘要 铝合金板材冷轧、箔轧生产工艺技术对铸轧板板形的要求较为严格,而铸轧板生产中影响板形的因素较多,如铸轧设备、工艺、操作水平等。结合铸轧板形的具体特征,通过分析铸轧辊结构、车削工艺、冷却水条件、生产工艺参数等因素,找出影响铝合金铸轧坯料板形的主要原因,并提出相应的控制措施,有效地解决了板形不良的问题。 The cold rolling and foil rolling production technology of aluminum alloy plate have strict requirements on the cast &rolled plate profile,and there are many factors which effect on cast-rolled plate production,such as casting and rolling equipment, process, operation level etc. The main reasons affecting aluminum alloy casting and rolling stock profile are found out by analyzing the factors such as roll structure, turning process, cooling water condition and production process parameters with combined with the specific characteristics of the cast and rolled plate profile, and the corresponding control measures are put forward and the problem of bad profile is effectively solved.
