434铝基复合材料关键参数的确定

Determination of Key Parameters of 434 Aluminum Matrix Composites

摘要 通过对434复合材料化学成分、工艺性能和包覆率的研究,绘制出材料软化曲线和硬化曲线。研究发现,料温大于300℃时,可以保证材料处于完全再结晶状态;中间退火后,冷轧道次加工率在25%~45%时,可以保证材料力学性能满足要求。同时通过对包覆率的研究,确定了434皮材和芯材尺寸,生产出包覆层厚度合格、性能合格的434产品。 The material softening curve and hardening curve were drawn by aid of studying chemical composition,process performance and cladding rate of 434 composite material.It was found that when the material temperature is greater than 300℃,the material is in a state of complete recrystallization;cold rolling passes working rate is within 25%~45%after intermediate annealing,material mechanics performance can meet the requirements.At the same time,434 cladding material and core material sizes were determined by researching the cladding layer,such that the 434 products with qualified cladding thickness and qualified performance were produced.
