APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT及血脂代谢与突发性耳聋相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨分析活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、血小板计数(PLT)及血脂代谢与突发性耳聋的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月收治的58例突发性耳聋患者作为观察组,选取同期健康体检中心的健康人群58例作为对照组,比较两组APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT及血脂代谢指标水平,分析APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT及血脂代谢指标水平与突发性耳聋发病的相关性,同时以是否发生突发性耳聋为因变量Y,将APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白a(LP-a)作为自变量X进行Logistic回归分析。结果:观察组APTT、PT低于对照组,MPV、Fg、PLT高于对照组(均为P<0.05),APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT指标水平均与是否发生突发性耳聋存在显著相关(P<0.05),其中APTT、PT为正相关,MPV、Fg、PLT为负相关;观察组TG、TC、LP-a水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TG、TC、LP-a指标水平与是否发生突发性耳聋存在显著正相关(P<0.05),HDL-C、LDL-C与是否发生突发性耳聋无显著相关(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,TG、TC、Fg、PLT指标进入方程,且均为危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:突发性耳聋患者APTT、PT、MPV、Fg、PLT及血脂代谢显著变化,Loistic回归分析显示TG、TC、Fg、PLT是发生突发性耳聋的重要危险因素,为临床上治疗突发性耳聋提供更多的方向,可通过改善患者的内耳微循环障碍和血脂代谢异常起到治疗突发性耳聋的作用。 Objective:To explore and analyze the correlation between APTT,PT,MPV,Fg,PLT,blood lipid metabolism and sudden deafness and to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:January 2019 to 2020 fifty-eight patients with sudden deafness admitted in May were selected and taken as the research object,and 58 healthy people from the health examination center in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of APTT,PT,MPV,Fg,PLT and blood lipid metabolism indexes were compared and analyzed.The correlation between APTT,PT,MPV,Fg,PLT and blood lipid metabolism index levels and the onset of sudden deafness were analyzed.At the same time,whether sudden deafness occurs was taken as the dependent variable Y,APTT,PT,MPV,Fg,PLT,three Acylglycerol(TG),cholesterol(TC),lipoprotein a(LP-a)were compared and used as independent variables X for Logistic regression analysis.Results:APTT and PT index levels in the study group were significantly reduced,MPV,Fg and PLT index levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),APTT and PT,MPV,Fg,and PLT indicators are significantly correlated with whether sudden deafness occurs(P<0.05),among which APTT and PT are positively correlated,and MPV,Fg,and PLT are negatively correlated,and TG,TC,and Lpa indicators of the study group.The level was significantly increased(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups of HDL-C,LDL-C index levels(P>0.05),TG,TC,Lpa index levels and whether sudden deafness occurred.There are significant correlations(P<0.05),all positive correlations,HDL-C and LDL-C are not significantly correlated with the occurrence of sudden deafness(P>0.05),Logistic regression analysis results show:TG,TC,Fg,PLT the indicators entered the equation,and all were risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:APTT,PT,MPV,Fg,PLT and blood lipid metabolism changed significantly in patients with sudden deafness,Loistic regression analysis showed TG,TC,Fg,PLT are important risk factors for sudden deafness,and provide more directions for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.They can be used to treat sudden deafness by improving the inner ear microcirculation disorder and abnormal blood lipid metabolism effect.
