人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预老年性白内障合并高血压围手术期效果

Effect analysis of humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention in senile cataract complicated with hypertension during perioperative period

目的:探讨人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预老年性白内障合并高血压围手术期效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月110例行手术治疗白内障合并高血压老年患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组患者进行人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预,对照组患者进行常规眼科护理;比较两组患者干预前后SAS、SDS评分,术后并发症发生情况、住院时间及对护理服务满意度评价。结果:干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者SAS、SDS评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者SAS、SDS评分下降多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为1.82%,低于对照组的14.55%(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间为(3.01±0.26)d,较对照组患者的(5.10±0.20)d缩短(t=4.287,P<0.001);观察组患者对护理满意率为98.11%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预应用于老年性白内障合并高血压围手术期,可改善患者焦虑、抑郁的心理情绪,降低术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,建议在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention on senile cataract complicated with hypertension in perioperative period.Methods:110 elderly patients with cataract complicated with hypertension who were operated on from January 2019 to May 2020 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The intervention group were given humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention,while the control group were given routine eye care,with the SAS and SDS scores,the incidence of postoperative complications,hospital stay and satisfaction evaluation of nursing services compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 1.82%,significantly lower than that in the control group(14.55%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the intervention group was(3.01±0.26)d,significantly shorter than that of the control group(5.10±0.20)d,the difference being statistically significant(t=4.287,P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the intervention group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,(80.00%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention in the perioperative period of senile cataract complicated with hypertension can reduce the psychological anxiety,depression of patients and the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,worthy of clinical promotion.
