关节松动技术联合中药热敷治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of joint loosening technique combined with ultrasonic therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨关节松动技术联合中药热敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机抽样法分为对照组与实验组各40例。对照组患者接受针灸推拿常规康复治疗手段,实验组患者额外接受关节松动技术联合中药热敷治疗,共治疗4周。于治疗前后对两组患者进行总有效率、WOMAC评分及VAS评分比较。结果:治疗结束后,对照组患者的总有效率为67.5%,实验组患者总有效率为90.0%,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗结束后,对照组WOMAC及VAS评分分别为(33.29±6.57)、(4.39±0.76),实验组为(21.07±5.71)、(2.65±0.63),组间比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动技术联合中药热敷可以减轻膝骨关节炎患者疼痛程度,改善膝骨关节炎患者的关节活动范围,提高患者的日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of joint loosening technique combined with ultrasonic therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected,and 40 cases were divided into control group and experimental group by random sampling method.The control group received conventional acupuncture and massage rehabilitation treatment,and the experimental group received additional joint loosening technology combined with ultrasonic therapy for a total of 4 weeks.The total effective rate,WOMAC score and VAS score were compared before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate was 67.5%in the control group and 90.0%in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the treatment,the WOMAC and VAS scores of the control group were 33.29±6.57 and 4.39±0.76,respectively,while those of the experimental group were 21.07±5.71 and 2.65±0.63,with significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The joint loosening technique combined with ultrasonic therapy can reduce the pain degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the range of joint motion in patients with knee osteoarthritis as well as the ability of daily life.
