摘要
目的:探讨将柯氏模型引入到PICC专科护士培训效果评价的具体方法,了解运用该种评价体系后带来的实际效果。方法:以柯氏模型为指导,从反应层、学习层、行为层与结果层4个层面运用问卷调查法、访谈法等依次对培训效果进行相关评价。结果:反应层评价PICC专科护士对此次培训较满意;学习层评价受训人员笔试及实践技能均达到标准;行为层评价学员对培训内容的运用程度均有提高;结果层评价培训带来的效益尚未明确。结论:应用柯氏模型对PICC专科护士的培训效果进行评价,有利于全方位考查培训效果,规范了评价方法,完善培训工作,提高了培训质量。
Objective:To explore the specific method of introducing the Kirkpatrick model into training effect evaluation of PICC specialist nurses,and to understand the actual effect of applying the system.Method:Guided by Kirkpatrick model,the training effect was evaluated by questionnaire and interview on four levels:reaction,learning,behavior and result level.Result:in reaction layer evaluation,PICC specialist nurses were satisfied with the training;in learning layer assessment trainees'written tests and practical skills were up to standard;in behavioral layer assessment trainees'use of training content was improved;in result layer assessment the benefit of training was not clear.Conclusion:The application of Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the training effect of PICC specialist nurses is a comprehensive survey of the training effect,and it can standardize the evaluation method,improve the training and raise the training quality.
