摘要 目的:调查食品卫生与营养学专业本科生在实习过程中对带教老师、实习单位及自我能力的满意度,了解学生毕业实习状况,及时发现学校和实习单位在教学、管理中存在的问题,为食品卫生与营养学专业毕业实习工作改进提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对某医学院校食品卫生与营养学专业三届本科生进行调查。调查内容包括实习点老师带教质量,实习单位教学条件、考核方式及学生对实习过程中自我能力的满意度评价。结果:在对实习单位老师带教质量评价中,学生对营养科老师的满意度最高,与其它科室有差异(P<0.05);在教学条件及实习考核形式方面,学生对医院和食药局的满意度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在理论联系实际方面,学生对自己在医院的满意度高于食药局(P<0.05);在分析问题、解决问题及创新思维能力方面,学生整体满意度偏低。结论:在食品卫生与营养学专业本科生的培养中,需要学校、学生、实习单位共同合作,只有共同努力才能培养出适应健康中国发展需要的营养专业人才。 Objective:To investigate the degree of satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in food hygiene and nutrition with the practice of teaching in the process of teachers,the internship units,and their self-competence during the internship,to understand the situation of students'graduation practice,and to find out the problems existing in the teaching management of schools and practice units in time,so as to provide reference for the improvement of graduation practice work of food hygiene and nutrition major.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the food hygiene and nutrition major undergraduate students in three consecutive grades in a medical college.The contents of the survey included the teaching quality of the teachers in the internship site,the teaching condition assessment method of the internship unit and the students'satisfaction evaluation of their ability in the internship.Results:In the evaluation of teaching quality of teachers in practice units,students'satisfaction with teachers in nutrition department was the highest,which was different from that of other departments(P<0.05).In terms of teaching conditions and practice assessment form,there was no statistically significant difference in students'satisfaction with hospital and food and drug administration(P>0.05).In terms of combining theory with practice,students'satisfaction with their hospital was higher than that of the FDA(P<0.05).In terms of the ability to analyze and solve problems and innovate thinking,students'overall satisfaction was low.Conclusion:In the cultivation of undergraduates majoring in food hygiene and nutrition,it is necessary for schools,students and practice units to work together.Only through joint efforts can we cultivate nutrition professionals who can meet the needs of healthy China's development.
