消瘀止痛软膏外敷配合常规治疗对慢性痛风性关节炎发作期关节肿痛的效果

Efficacies of Xiaoyu zhitong ointment Cooperated with regular treatment for joint swelling and pain during onset of chronic gouty arthritis

目的:探讨消瘀止痛软膏外敷配合常规治疗对慢性痛风性关节炎发作期关节肿痛效果。方法:选择本院门诊和住院的慢性痛风性关节炎发作期患者115例,随机分为两组。对照组(55例)常规服用依托考昔、秋水仙碱和非布司他治疗,观察组(60例)在对照组基础上于肿痛处局部外敷消瘀止痛软膏治疗。两组均于治疗7 d后观察效果。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后关节肿痛和关节功能评分均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后观察组评分均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后尿酸(UA)水平均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后观察组UA水平比对照组降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总有效率观察组为83.3%(50/60)、对照组为70.9%(39/55),观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消瘀止痛软膏外敷配合常规治疗对慢性痛风性关节炎发作期关节肿痛有明显的改善作用,值得临床推广。

Objective:To probe into the treatment and nursing efficacies of xiaoyu zhitong ointment (消瘀止痛软膏)cooperated with the regular medication for the joint swelling and pain during onset of chronic gouty arthritis. Methods:The 115 cases patients during onset of chronic gouty arthritis were selected in this hospital of outpatient and inpatient and randomly were divided into two groups. The control group was 55 cases and was treated with the regular taking the etoricoxib,colchicine and febuxosta. The observation group was 60 cases and was treated with the external application of xiaoyu zhitong ointment at swelling and pain on the basis of medical and nursing of con-trol group. The efficacies of two groups were observed on treatment 7 day later. Results:The scores of joint pain and joint function all were obviously decreased(P<0.01) for the two groups after treatment in contrast to before treatment treatment. But these scores after treatment all were obviously decreased(P<0.05)for the observation group in contrast to control group. The level of uric acid(UA)all were obviously decreased(P<0.01)for the two groups after treatment in contrast to before treatment. The level of UA after treatment had some decrease for the observation group in contrast to control group but the difference had not statistical significance(P>0.05). The total efficient rate was 83.3%(50/60) in observation group and was 70.9%(39/55) in control group. The therapeutic effects of observation group obviously were superior to control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:The xiaoyu zhitong ointment cooperated with the regular treatment for the joint swelling and pain during onset of chronic gouty arthritis has apparent improvement and is valuable in clinically to popularize and to apply.
