细胞周期蛋白cyclinE、cdk2、p21和p27在无功能垂体腺瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:4

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF CYCLINE CDK2 P21 AND P27 IN NONFUNCTIONAL PITUITARY ADENOMA

摘要 目的分析无功能垂体腺瘤中细胞周期蛋白cyclinE、cdk2、p21和p27的表达及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年1月在我院接受内镜或显微镜下经鼻蝶手术无功能垂体腺瘤患者62例,将垂体瘤患者分为非侵袭组(n=34),侵袭组(n=28),比较二组无功能垂体瘤患者肿瘤组织中细胞周期蛋白cyclinE、cdk2、p21和p27的不同表达情况。结果侵袭组中cyclinE、cdk2表达明显高于非侵袭组和正常垂体,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),侵袭组中p21、p27表达明显低于非侵袭组和正常垂体,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论cyclinE、cdk2在侵袭性或复发性无功能垂体腺瘤中的过表达以及p21和p27在二组垂体腺瘤中的低表达与其侵袭性和易复发性有关,可能在治疗无功能垂体腺瘤的过程中发挥作用。 Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of cyclinE,cdk2,p21 and p27 in nonfunctional pituitary adenoma.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on sixty-two patients with non-functional pituitary adenoma who underwent endoscopic or microscopic transsphenoidal surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.Patients with pituitary adenoma were divided into non-invasive group(n=34)and invasive group(n=28),and the expression of cyclinE,cdk2,p21 and p27 in tumor tissues of the two groups of non-functional pituitary adenoma patients were compared.Results The expressions of cyclinE and cdk2 in invasion group were significantly higher than those in non-invasion group and normal pituitary group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.01).The expressions of p21 and p27 in invasion group were significantly lower than those in non-invasion group and normal pituitary group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The over expression of cyclinE and cdk2 in invasive or recurrent nonfunctional pituitary adenomas and the low expression of p21 and p27 in two groups of pituitary adenomas are related to the invasiveness and recurrence,which may play a role in the treatment of nonfunctional pituitary adenomas.
