摘要
碳纳米管作为一种具有独特一维中空结构的纳米碳材料,由于具有高长径比、高导电性和机械稳定性而被广泛应用于储氢、二次电池以及超级电容器等领域。尽管目前碳纳米管的合成方法逐渐趋向成熟,但面对巨大的应用市场,设计一种经济、高效的碳纳米管合成方法依然是一项有益的挑战。本文综述了碳纳米管的生长机理,并对目前常用碳纳米管的制备方法进行评述。
As a kind of nano-carbon material with unique one-dimensional hollow structure,carbon nanotubes were widely used in the fields of hydrogen storage,secondary batteries and supercapacitors due to their high aspect ratio,high conductivity and mechanical stability.Although the present synthesis methods of carbon nanotubes were gradually maturing,the designing of moreeconomical and efficient method for synthesizing carbon nanotubes was still a challenge facing a huge application market.The growth mechanism of carbon nanotubes and the current methods for preparing carbon nanotubes were reviewed in this article.
