目的规避新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情带来的感染风险,保障病案管理及病案复印服务工作顺利完成。方法采用SWOT态势分析法,分析疫情状态下的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,并构建SWOT矩阵。结果通过SWOT矩阵,可以得到抑制劣势和规避威胁的合理方式。结论SWOT分析法,适用于疫情下的态势分析,保障了病案管理及病案复印服务工作的安全、有效的进行。

Objective To avoid the risk of infection caused by COVID-19 epidemic situation,and ensure the smooth completion of medical record management and medical record copying service.Methods Using SWOT analytical method,analyzing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats under the epidemic situation,and construct the SWOT matrix.Results Through the SWOT matrix,a reasonable way to restrain the disadvantage and avoid the threat.Conclusion SWOT analysis is suitable for the situation analysis under the epidemic situation,and ensures the safe and effective operation of medical record management and medical record copying service.
