基于院校合作模式的大学生医院志愿服务实践探索

Practical Exploration of Undergraduate Voluntary Hospital Service in University-Hospital Cooperation Mode

以吉林大学白求恩第一医院开展的大学生医院志愿服务情况为例,通过阐释志愿服务团队组织建设和院校双向专业化志愿者培训模式等内容,分析了志愿服务在减少医患冲突方面的成效,进一步指出了院校合作模式对于医院志愿服务的重要性。本文从科技进步、社会发展、患者对医疗服务的需求趋于多样化和精细化等角度进行思考,提出了扩大医院志愿服务规模的举措,为医院与高校合作对接提供有效工作思路。

Based on the undergraduate voluntary service in university-hospital cooperation mode launched by The First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University,the paper expounds the organization and construction of voluntary service teams and the training modes for two-way specialized volunteers between universities and hospitals,analyzes the effects of undergraduate voluntary service in reducing the conflict between the doctors and patients,and points out that the role played by university-hospital cooperation mode is of supreme importance to hospital voluntary service.At last,the measures to enlarge hospital voluntary service are put forward,from the perspective of the scientific and technological advance,the social development,and the patients’demand for diverse and intensive healthcare in hospitals.And some effective working ideals are provided in terms of cooperation between universities and hospitals.
