飞秒激光辅助白内障手术和传统的超声乳化白内障手术对患者眼高阶像差的影响

Effects of femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery on ocular high order aberration in patients

目的:探讨用飞秒激光辅助白内障手术和传统的超声乳化白内障手术治疗白内障对患者角膜高阶像差、眼内高阶像差和全眼高阶像差的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年5月期间在贵阳爱尔眼科医院进行白内障手术的76例患者为研究对象。根据手术方式的不同将这76例患者分为观察组和对照组。使用飞秒激光辅助白内障手术对观察组患者进行治疗,使用传统的超声乳化白内障手术对对照组患者进行治疗。手术结束后,对比两组患者手术前后的角膜高阶像差、眼内高阶像差和全眼高阶像差。结果:与手术前相比,两组患者手术后的角膜高阶像差、眼内高阶像差和全眼高阶像差均有所下降,P<0.05。手术结束后,与对照组中眼轴为24~26 mm的患者相比,观察组中眼轴为24~26 mm的患者其角膜的高阶像差、眼内的高阶像差和全眼的高阶像差更低,P<0.05。结论:使用飞秒激光辅助白内障手术和传统的超声乳化白内障手术治疗白内障均可有效地降低患者角膜的高阶像差、眼内的高阶像差和全眼的高阶像差。而眼轴为24~26 mm的白内障患者使用飞秒激光辅助白内障手术进行治疗的效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the effects of femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery on corneal high order aberration,intraocular high order aberration and total ocular high order aberration.Methods:Seventy-six patients who underwent cataract surgery in Aier Eye Hospital in Guiyang from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.The 76 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical methods.The observation group was treated with femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery,while the control group was treated with traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery.After the operation,the corneal high order aberration,intraocular high order aberration and total ocular high order aberration were compared between the two groups before and after the operation.Results:Compared with before surgery,the corneal high-order aberration,intraocular high-order aberration,and whole-eye high-order aberration were decreased in both groups(P<0.05).After the operation,compared with patients in the control group with an eye axis of 24~26mm,patients in the observation group with an eye axis of 24~26mm had lower corneal high-order aberrations,intraocular high-order aberrations and whole-eye high-order aberrations(P<0.05).Conclusion:Femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery can effectively reduce the corneal high order aberration,intraocular high order aberration and total ocular high order aberration.The cataract patients with an eye axis of 24~26 mm who underwent femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery had a better effect.
