有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视的疗效评价

Evaluation of the effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for high myopia

目的:评价用有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL)植入术治疗高度近视的疗效。方法:随机选取2016年10月至2018年9月在贵阳爱尔眼科医院接受治疗的68例高度近视患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为ICL组和SMILE组。为ICL组34例患者采用ICL植入术进行治疗,为SMILE组34例患者采用小切口全飞秒激光角膜基质透镜切除术(SMILE)进行治疗。然后对比两组患者手术前后其泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度和裸眼视力。结果:在术后1个月和术后3个月,ICL组患者的泪膜破裂时间均长于SMILE组患者,其泪河高度均高于SMILE组患者,P<0.05。在术后1年,ICL组患者的裸眼视力高于SMILE组患者,P<0.05。结论:用ICL植入术治疗高度近视可取得较好的效果,且安全性较高。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of posterior chamber intraocular lens(ICL)implantation in the treatment of high myopia.Methods:A total of 68 patients with high myopia who were treated in Aier Eye Hospital in Guiyang from October 2016 to September 2018 were randomly selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into ICL group and SMILE group.34 patients in the ICL group were treated with ICL implantation,and 34 patients in the SMILE group were treated with small incision full femtosecond laser corneal stromal lens resection(SMILE).Then the tear film rupture time,tear river height and naked eye vision before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:1 month and 3 months after surgery,tear film rupture time of ICL group was longer than that of SMILE group,and the height of tear river was higher than that of SMILE group(P<0.05).One year after surgery,the naked eye vision of patients in ICL group was higher than that of patients in SMILE group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICL implantation is effective and safe in the treatment of high myopia.
