小剂量的肾上腺素在急诊抢救重症哮喘患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of low dose epinephrine in emergency rescue of severe asthma patients

目的:分析对急诊重症哮喘患者采用小剂量的肾上腺素进行抢救治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月在怒江州人民医院急诊科进行治疗的重症哮喘患者84例作为研究对象。按入院时间的不同将其分为Matched组和Adrenaline组(42例/组)。对两组患者均进行常规的急诊抢救治疗。在此基础上,为Adrenaline组患者采用小剂量的肾上腺素进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的疗效。结果:Adrenaline组患者治疗的有效率高于Matched组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,Adrenaline组患者临床症状的评分低于Matched组患者,P<0.05。结论:对急诊重症哮喘患者采用小剂量的肾上腺素进行抢救治疗的效果较好,可显著缓解其临床症状。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose epinephrine in emergency treatment of severe asthma.Methods:Eighty-four patients with severe asthma who were treated in the emergency department of Nujiangzhou People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects.Matched group and Adrenaline group(42 cases/group)were divided according to the different time of admission.Both groups of patients were given routine emergency treatment.On this basis,low dose of Adrenaline was used for the treatment of Adrenaline patients.The two groups were then compared.Results:The effective rate of the patients treated with Adrenaline was higher than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptoms score of the patients with Adrenaline group was lower than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of small dose of epinephrine in emergency treatment of severe asthma is better,and its clinical symptoms can be significantly alleviated.
