中药外敷联合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of external application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with three-dimensional traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:分析为腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药外敷联合三维牵引疗法进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2016年9月至2018年9月在东莞市东部中心医院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机分为牵引组和联合组。对牵引组患者进行三维牵引治疗,对联合组患者进行中药外敷联合三维牵引治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评价量表的评分(简称JOA评分)及其治疗的效果。结果:联合组患者治疗的总有效率(90%)高于牵引组患者治疗的总有效率(71.67%),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组患者的VAS评分低于牵引组患者,其JOA评分高于牵引组患者,P<0.05。结论:为腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药外敷联合三维牵引疗法进行治疗能够显著缓解其疼痛症状,提高其临床疗效。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of external application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with three-dimensional traction therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received treatment in Dongguan Eastern Central Hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into traction group and combination group.Patients in the traction group were treated with three-dimensional traction,and patients in the combination group were treated with external application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with three-dimensional traction.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Low back pain Assessment Scale(JOA)scores and their therapeutic effects were then compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group(90%)was higher than that of the traction group(71.67%),P<0.05.After treatment,VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the traction group,and JOA score was higher than that of the traction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with three-dimensional traction therapy can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniati on and improve its clinical efficacy.
