右美托咪定在妇科腹腔镜手术患者麻醉中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨用右美托咪定对接受腹腔镜手术的妇科疾病患者进行辅助麻醉的效果。方法:将2017年10月至2019年12月在邳州市炮车街道中心卫生院进行腹腔镜手术的60例妇科疾病患者随机分为右美托咪定组(DMM组,n=30)与常规麻醉组(GA组,n=30)。对两组患者均进行静吸复合麻醉下妇科腹腔镜手术,在对DMM组患者与GA组患者进行麻醉诱导前,分别为其静脉输注适量的右美托咪定与生理盐水,然后比较两组患者麻醉的优良率、术后2 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及Ramsay镇静评分标准(Ramsay)的评分。结果:DMM组患者麻醉的优良率高于GA组患者,P<0.05。术后2 h,DMM组患者的Ramsay评分高于GA组患者,其VAS评分低于GA组患者,P<0.05。结论:用右美托咪定对接受腹腔镜手术的妇科疾病患者进行辅助麻醉能提高其麻醉效果和术后的镇静效果,减轻其术后疼痛的程度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on adjuvant anesthesia for gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:a total of 60 patients with gynecological diseases who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Pizhou Cannon Vehicle Street Center health Center from October 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine group(DMM group,n=30)and conventional anesthesia group(GA group,n=30).On two groups of patients were static absorption compound anesthesia gynecological laparoscopic surgery,patients in group of DMM before anesthesia induction with GA group of patients,respectively,the intravenous infusion of adequate right beautiful mi and physiological saline,then compared two groups of patients with the rate of good anesthesia and postoperative 2 h method of visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Ramsay sedation score standards(Ramsay)score.Results:The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in DMM group was higher than that in GA group(P<0.05).2 h after surgery,THE Ramsay score of PATIENTS in THE DMM group was higher than that of patients in the GA group,and their VAS score was lower than that of patients in the GA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can improve the anesthetic effect and postoperative sedative effect in patients with gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
