摘要
目的:探讨并分析用微创接骨板内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月至2019年3月期间陵水黎族自治县人民医院收治的36例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均进行微创接骨板内固定术,然后观察其治疗的效果及各项临床指标。结果:这36例患者均手术成功,其手术的时间为45~60 min,其术中的出血量为19~35 ml,术后6个月其骨折端均完全愈合。术后这36例患者均未出现骨折端延迟愈合、内固定物松动或断fn裂、骨折端畸形愈合等并发症,其中有2例患者发生手术切口轻度感染(其临床表现主要是切口红肿,经抗感染治疗后痊愈),有1例患者因入院的时间较晚错过最佳的手术时机而出现阴雨天骨折部位轻度疼痛的情况。术后6~12个月,这36例患者的骨折端愈合,其患侧膝关节和踝关节的功能均恢复正常,不影响其日常生活。结论:用微创接骨板内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的效果显著,能有效地促进患者骨折端的愈合,且其术后并发症的发生率较低,手术的安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate fixation in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures.Methods:A total of 36 patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to The People’s Hospital of Lingshui Li Autonomous County from January 2017 to March 2019 were studied.All these patients were treated with minimally invasive plate fixation,and then the therapeutic effect and various clinical indicators were observed.Results:All the 36 patients were successfully operated,the operation time was 45~60 min,the intraoperative blood loss was 19~35 ml,and the fracture ends were completely healed 6 months after the operation.This does not appear in all 36 cases postoperative delayed union of fracture end,internal fixation loosening or breakage fn malunion complications such as crack,fracture end,including 2 cases of patients with incision mild infection(redness,its clinical manifestation is mainly incision after anti-infection treatment cured),1 case of patients admitted to the hospital for late missed the best operation time and rainy day a fracture mild pain.Six to 12 months after the operation,the fracture ends of the 36 patients healed,and the functions of the knee and ankle joints of the affected side returned to normal,without affecting their daily life.Conclusion:Minimally invasive plate fixation in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures has a significant effect,can effectively promote fracture healing,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,the surgical safety is higher.
